Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

We’re dedicated to offering you the best experience when purchasing our Magnesium Oil Spray and natural wellness products.

Please read our Return, Refund & Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Policy (UAE Only) For time being

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation and delivered within 1–3 business days depending on your city.

You will receive:

  • A confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is placed.
  • A tracking number once your order is shipped.

Delivery partners: We use trusted local couriers to ensure fast and safe delivery.
Deliveries are made between 10 AM – 8 PM, excluding Fridays and public holidays.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

However, you are eligible for a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged or leaking
  • The product was not delivered within 7 days after shipping

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

1.      Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at healthbynyrah@gmail.com

2.      Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

3.      Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we’ll either:

  • Send a replacement item free of charge, or
  • Process a full refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing

Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality control seriously.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
We’ll investigate the issue and ensure a prompt resolution at no extra cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used Magnesium Oil Spray bottles
  • Items with broken safety seals
  • Promotional or discounted products

6. Delivery Issues

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided, or
  • Failure to receive the order after multiple delivery attempts

You may be charged a reshipping fee to resend the product.
